Today is my oldest sisters birthday!
Mar. 1st, 2012 10:11 pmShe's in Morocco though and I'm sure it would be March 2nd by now over there. She's coming back in May though I'm not sure the exact date, but I feel like I need to buy her presents from the holidays/birthdays she's missed while she was over there. I have no idea what to get her though. Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually.
Anyway. Random things.
I got glasses on monday. They're all right, I don't mind wearing them. I guess they're for 'distance vision' but they said I could keep them on all the time if I want(at least that's what I think they said). I've pretty much gotten used to seeing myself in them but I'm still not used to actually wearing them. Like last night I went to open the door for the cat and wacked my glasses with the door because I misjudged the distance. It's like I have to allow for an extra inch in front of my eyes. I've also bonked them on things when I was leaning forward to look at something, and also had issues when I try to lay my head to the side when I'm wearing them. Oh well, I'll get used to them eventually.
I've gotten into this yaoi manga called The Tyrant Falls in Love. It's really cute, I think. I just tried to write a summary but it didn't work out too good so I'll link the tvtropes page instead here. I think a lot of the reason I like it is the tsundere-ish nature of one of the main leads(Souichi) XD It's actually a sort of 'follow up' to another manga called Challengers about Souichi's little brother, which I actually did read today, but I like this one better.
Hmm...//ponders something else to write.
I've been getting into Project Runway again. I own seasons 2,3, and 4, but that's it. I've watched 5, 6, 7, and 8 online and I think I've seen most of the episodes. I haven't seen all of season 1 or any of season 9 though. I've also watched a few episodes of Project Runway All Stars but I don't like it as much. I think I may start watching/looking for it again online so I can re-watch it.
Anyway, I think that's it for now.
